The breakfast is excellent and the staff is loyal. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition. Everything about our stay was great, we would definitely visit it again.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like drop farm tea rooms that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We would recommend the place.

The bathroom was superb, it was nice to have a shower. Just a 10-minute walk to Oxenholme Lake District train station. We visited kendal castle that was not far from the hotel. We appreciated this property...
